This DVD has been sent as a free resource to every TIE member school. The DVD comes with a Facilitator's Guide that explains how to use this workshop in three different settings:  full day, half day, or a series of late start or early release sessions.  This provides the flexibilty to incorporate the DVD workshop into an inservice day, an early release or late start, or use by individual staff members. Classroom Management: Effective Research-Based Strategies focuses on three major components of an effective classroom management plan: Rules and Procedures, Consequences, and Relationships.
